P. Thoroughly explain selling process including: Purchase Agreement, Negotiation, Contracting Lender, Financing Alternatives, Locating Abstract, Settlement.
Q. Present and explain all offers.
R. Contact personal reference base.
S. Follow up all leads from ad and sign calls.
T. Screen and qualify all interested parties.
U. Assist in negotiation.
V. Work with appraiser to make sure appraised value is the sales price.
W. Keep owner informed of progress of file post-sale.
X. Coordinate settlement -- time, place, etc.
Y. Attend closing in order to be answer questions and protect the owner's interest.
Z. Be honest, straight-forward, and direct with all advice, information, and suggestions to help create a successful sale of the home.
